摘要: |
目的 探究退黄合剂直肠滴注联合蓝光光疗对新生儿高胆红素血症疗效及血液学指标的影响。方法 以我院收治的106例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组各53例,给予对照组蓝光光疗治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用退黄合剂精细直肠滴注,比较两组患儿治疗效果、血液学指标变化,以及治疗过程中出现不良反应情况。结果 两组患儿疗效数据等级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组总有效率为94.34%,显著高于对照组77.36%(P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素、血红蛋白、过氧化氢酶水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后24h上述指标均显著降低(P<0.05),研究组总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素显著低于对照组(P<0.05),血红蛋白、过氧化氢酶水平高于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 退黄合剂直肠滴注联合蓝光光疗能显著提高新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效,可有效改善由蓝光光疗导致的机体贫血状况及氧化应激反应,且不良反应少,具有推广价值。 |

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of rectal instillation of Tuihuang mixture combined with blue light phototherapy in treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods One hundred and six cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into two group: 53 cases were treated with blue light phototherapy alone(control group), and 53 cases were treated with rectal instillation of Tuihuang mixture with phototherapy(study group). The treatment effect, changes of hematology indexes and adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group(94.34% vs 77.36%, P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, hemoglobin and catalase between two groups before treatment(P>0.05), while the levels of total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin in the study group were significantly lower and the levels of hemoglobin and catalase were significantly higher than those in control group after treatment(all P<0.05). There were no significant differences in incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Rectal instillation of Tuihuang mixture combined with blue light phototherapy can significantly improve the clinical effect of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, and can also improve the anemia status and oxidative stress caused by blue light phototherapy. |
