| SIRTl（silent mating-type information regulation 2 homologue 1）是一种组蛋白去乙酰化酶,通过对底物的去乙酰化修饰,参与细胞的生理、病理过程,进而影响多种疾病的发生发展。SIRT1参与血液系统肿瘤的发生,并表现出促进和抑制的双重作用,这可能与肿瘤的类型及其复杂的上下游信号通路有关。SIRT1及其通路有望为复发、难治血液系统肿瘤的治疗提供一条新的途径。 |

| Abstract: |
| Silent mating-type information regulation 2 homologue 1（ SIRT1） is a kind of histone deacetylase,which is involved in cell function and pathophysiological process by deacetylation of substrates. It is proved that SIRT1 participates in tumorigenesis and exhibits dual functions as a tumor promoter or suppressor,dependent on the tumor type and its complex signaling pathways. SIRT1 is expected toprovide a new approach for treatment of refractory and relapsed hematologic neoplasm. |
