| 摘要: |
| 脓毒症诱导的急性肺损伤发病率高、病死率高,目前可应用的治疗方法有限,且效果欠佳。程序性细胞死亡受体-1（Programmed Cell Death-1,PD-1）及其配体PD-L在脓毒症诱导的急性肺损伤中具有重要作用,可以改变免疫细胞及细胞因子的数量和功能,并影响疾病预后。本文就PD-1/PD-L与脓毒症诱导的急性肺损伤的研究进行综述。 |

| Abstract: |
| Sepsis-induced acute lunginjury is associated with high morbidity and mortality,however,the therapy for this disease is limited and less effective. Programmed cell death-1（ PD-1） and its ligand PD-L has been identified toaffect the cellular and cytokine profiles and modify the disease prognosis,it would be a potential therapeutic modality for sepsis-induced acute lunginjury. The relationship between PD-1 / PD-L and sepsis-induced acute lunginjury is discussed in this review. |
