| 目的探讨老年心力衰竭患者早期肾功能损害的特点及其与心功能的关系。方法选取2012年1月至2014年1月就诊的老年心力衰竭患者82例（心衰组）、同期住院的心功能代偿的心脏病患者（代偿组）48例、健康对照患者（健康组）64例,进行心功能和肾功能各项指标比较,观察老年心力衰竭时心功能与肾功能的关系。结果心衰组UMA、Cystatin C较对照组及代偿组明显升高,UMA、Cystatin C水平与BNP水平呈正相关,与LVEF呈负相关（P〈0.01）。结论老年心力衰竭患者存在以肾小球滤过功能为特征的早期肾功能损害。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To investigate the correlation of cardiac function with renal function in elderly heart failure patients. Methods Eighty twoelderly patients with heart failure,64 patients with compensated heart function and 42 healthy subjects were enrolled in the study. The indicators of cardiac and renal function were compared amonggroups and the relationship between cardiac and renal function were analyzed in elderly heart failure patients. Results The UM A and Cystatin C in heart failure group were significantly lower than those in compensated cardiac function group and normal control group. UM A and Cystatin C levels were positively correlated with BNP levels and negatively correlated with LVEF in heart failure patients（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The renal dysfunction is correlated with cardiac function in elderly patients with heart failure. |
