目的分析评价饮食和运动对女性居民血糖血脂水平的影响。方法调查南京明基医院周边社区居民2 116名,男性1 008名,女性999名,进行血糖血脂水平的测定,使用食物频度及身体活动度问卷定量评价饮食和运动对女性居民血糖血脂水平影响。结果女性血糖、血浆总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)水平高于男性居民(P〈0.05)。男女居民能量摄入差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),女性能量消耗显著低于男性,脂肪摄入量高于男性,碳水化合物及膳食纤维的摄入量低于男性(均P〈0.05)。结论南京社区居民女性运动与饮食结构较男性差,应加强对女性健康教育,改善饮食,增强体力活动,使血糖血脂处于正常水平。 |

Objective To examine the relationship of diet and exercise with blood glucose and lipid levels in female residents in Nanjing. Methods A total of 2 116 residents from communities in Nanjing,including1 008 males and 999 females were enrolled in the study. The blood lipids and glucose were tested,the food frequency and physical activity were surveyed with questionnaire.Results The blood glucose,total cholesterol and LDL in female residents were higher than those in male residents( P〈0. 05). There was nosignificant difference in energy intakes between females and males( P〈0. 05),while the energy consumption of male residents was higher than that of female residents( P〈0. 05). The fat intakes of female residents were higher than those of male residents(P〉0. 05),while dietary fiber and the cholesterol intakes were lower than those of male residents(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The higher prevalence of abnormal blood lipids and glucose levels are correlated with unhealthy dietary factors and less exercise in female residents in Nanjing. |
