| 目的观察急性缺血性脑卒中患者糖代谢异常的情况及其对预后的影响。方法154例缺血性脑 卒中患者于入院1周后及出院3个月后进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT)及检测胆固醇（total cholesterol，TC)、三跌甘油（triglyceride, TG)、糖化血红蛋白glycosylated hemoglobin Ale, HbA 1 c)水平，根据 OGTT 结果分为正常组、糖耐量异常（impaired glucose tolerance，IGT)组、糖尿病betes mellitus，DM)组，观察脑卒 中各种后遗症情况。结果入院1周后IGT、DM的检出率分别为27.92% .35.72%，出院3个月后分别为24.68% .30.52%，DM组及IGT组的TG、HbAlC均明显高于正常组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者糖代谢异常发生率高，特别是合并高TG时，通过OGTT与HbAlC的检测可提高糖代谢 异常的检出率。 |

| Objective To evaluate the glucose metabolism in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods One hundred and fifty-four patients with ischemic stroke underwent oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) within the first week of admission and 3 months after discharge, total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG) , glycosylated hemoglobin Ale (HbAlc) were also measured. Results OGTT test revealed impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) in 43 cases (27.92% ) and diabetes mellitus (DM) in 55 cases (35.72% ) in first week of admission； while IGT in 38 cases (24.68% ) and DM in 47 cases (30.52% ) 3 months after discharge. TG and HbAlc levels in DM patients were higher than those in OGTT normal subjects. Conclusion Patients with ischemic stroke have a high incidence of abnormal glucose metabolism. |
