| 碎裂QRS波可出现在冠心病、先天性心脏病、心肌病及离子通道病等许多疾病中,它代表了心肌纤维瘢痕的形成,是心肌除极异常的一种表现。在急性和陈旧性心梗的诊断中,fQRS是一项良好的指标,具有一定的敏感性和较高的特异性。此外,fQRS还可作为冠心病患者的死亡预测因子,对评价冠心病的危险分层有相当的价值。 |

| Abstract: |
| Fragmented QRS complexes(fQRS) are present in many cardiovascular diseases, including coronary artery disease,congenital heart disease,cardiomyopathy and cardiac ion channelopathy.The presence of fragmented QRS complexes is not only considered as the scar formation of myocardium,also as a marker of depolarization abnormality.The fQRS is a good diagnostic marker of electrocardiogram in acute and prior myocardial infarction with a moderate sensitivity and high specificity.Moreover,Fragmented QRS is an independent predictor of mortality in patients with coronary artery disease.It is also of important value in risk stratification and prognosis of coronary artery disease. |
