基牙数目对太极扣基牙位移的影响

摘要:
目的 探讨基牙数目对下颌单侧游离端太极扣式活动义齿基牙位移的影响。方法 选用单基牙、双基牙和三基牙支持的太极扣制作下颌单侧游离端活动义齿,在义齿侧上下牙列间放置食物片,咬合时用LB-72型高精度半导体激光位移测量仪,测量并计算出基牙在不同方向的位移量,并用随机方差分析法进行统计学分析。结果 单基牙组的近远中向、颊舌向、垂直向的位移、倾斜、扭转均大于双基牙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。双基牙组和三基牙组的各组数值,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 单侧游离端太极扣式附着体式义齿不宜应计单基牙,宜设计双基牙,不需增加第三基牙。

Abstract:
Objective To study the influence of the number of abutment on displacement of dentures abutment by easy resilient attachment.Methods Distal-extension removable partial dentures(RPDs) were designed by easy resilient attachment respectively with one,two or three abutments.Food chip was then masticated between the upper and lower dentitions on the attachments side.Placements of abutment were measured by LB-72 high-sensitive-laser-traneferring detector and the data were statistically analyzed for random block analysis of variance. Results The displacement, inclination, and torsion of the abutment movements in the mesial-distal, bucco-lingual and occluso-gingival directions in two-abutment group were significantly different comparied with one abutment group (P<<0.05) , but were similar with three-abutment group (P>0.05) . Conclusion Two-abutment can be applied to distal-extension RPDs, designed by easy resilient attachment, instead of one-abutment; and three-abutment is unnecessary.
