心理压力、情绪调节自我效能感与社会支持对医学院校研究生自杀意念的影响

摘要:
目的探讨心理压力对医学院校研究生自杀意念的影响及情绪调节自我效能感与社会支持在其中的中介作用。方法选取安徽省某医学院校研究生345名为研究对象,其中男性167名,女性178名;平均年龄(25±2)岁。应用研究生心理压力问卷(PPSQ)、自杀意念自评量表(SIOSS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)及情绪调节自我效能感量表(RESE)进行测定;采用结构方程模型探讨情绪调节自我效能感和社会支持在心理压力与自杀意念间的中介作用。结果相关分析显示,SIOSS总分与PPSQ总分之间呈显著正相关(r=0.54,P<0.001),与RESE总分、SSRS总分之间呈显著负相关(r=-0.41~-0.47,均P<0.001);PPSQ总分与RESE总分、SSRS总分之间呈显著负相关(r=-0.32~-0.39,均P<0.001);中介效应分析显示: 模型拟合良好(χ2/df=3.18, RMSEA=0.08, CFI=0.91, IFI=0.91);RESE总分和SSRS总分的中介作用及两者的链式中介作用的Bootstrap输出的95%CI分别是(0.052,0.179)、(0.039,0.197)、(0.005,0.047)。结论心理压力直接作用于医学院校研究生的自杀意念,并通过情绪调节自我效能感和社会支持对其自杀意念发挥间接作用。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of psychological stress, regulatory emotional self-efficacy and social support on suicidal ideation in medical college postgraduate students. MethodsIn this study, 345 postgraduate students(167 males and 178 females) with a mean age of (25±2) years from a medical college in Anhui province were enrolled. All participants were assessed with Postgraduate Psychological Stress Questionnaire(PPSQ), Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale(SIOSS), Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) and Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy Scale(RESE). The structural equation model was used to explore the mediating effect of regulatory emotional self-efficacy and social support on psychological stress and suicidal ideation. ResultsCorrelation analyses showed that SIOSS scores were positively correlated with RESE scores(r=0.54,P<0.001), and negatively correlated with RESE scores and SSRS scores(r=-0.41 to -0.47, all P<0.001); PPSQ scores were negatively correlated with RESE scores and SSRS scores(r=-0.32 to -0.39, all P<0.001). Mediating effects analyses showed that the model fit well(χ2/df=3.18, RMSEA=0.08, CFI=0.91, IFI=0.91). The 95%CI of Bootstrap output of the mediating effects of RESE scores and SSRS scores and the chain mediating effect of both were(0.052,0.179),(0.039,0.197), and(0.005,0.047) respectively. ConclusionPsychological stress not only directly affects suicidal ideation, but also indirectly affects suicidal ideation through regulatory emotional self-efficacy and social support.
