重症患者营养评估与治疗的研究进展

摘要:
重症患者往往病情较重,营养不良与其死亡风险升高显著相关,因此,合理有效的营养支持显得至关重要。但目前对于开展重症患者营养治疗的具体实施步骤仍存在不少困惑。本文结合近些年重症患者营养治疗相关进展对营养治疗过程包括营养风险筛查及营养评估方法的选择和适应证、肠内营养与肠外营养介入的时机与方式等关键步骤作进行综述,以期提高对重症营养治疗的认识。

Research progress in nutritional assessment and support for critically ill patients

Abstract:
Malnutrition is significantly associated with an increased risk of death in critically ill patients; therefore, rational and effective nutritional support is essential for these patients. However, there are still some perplexities about the assessment of nutritional status and implementation of nutritional support for critically ill patients. This article reviews the recent progress on the selection and indications of nutrition risk screening and nutrition assessment methods, the timing of nutritional support, and methods of enteral and parenteral nutrition intervention to provide a reference of clinical nutritional support for critically ill patients.
