| 随着老龄化进程加速，衰弱作为老年病学的重要研究内容，已经成为当前我国医疗卫生服务体系的重大挑战之一。本文拟通过分析结构方程模型在医学研究中的成熟应用，推导该模型在老年衰弱研究中的理论适用性及实践可行性，从而解决目前衰弱研究的瓶颈问题，为衰弱干预研究提供依据。 |

| With the acceleration of aging process, frailty as an important research content of geriatrics, has become one of the major challenges of national health service system in China. This article intends to introduce the applications of structural equation model in medical research, to explore its theoretical applicability and practical feasibility in research of elderly frailty. It may solve the current bottleneck problems of frailty research and provide a tool for intervention study of elderly frailty. |
