Abstract: |
ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between psychological resilience and job performance among standardized training residents. MethodsA total of 296 resident physicians from 3 hospitals in Shanghai were investigated by Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, Job Performance Scale and self-designed items. ResultsThe average score of psychological resilience among participants was 62.44±0.87 and the average work performance score was 91.07±1.04. There was a significant positive correlation between psychological resilience and job performance(r=0.639~0.757, P<0.05). Hierarchical stepwise regression indicated that moderate work pressure can positively predict work performance among standardized training residents. In addition, adding psychological resilience to the prediction model, the R2 was increased by 0.52(P<0.001). ConclusionPsychological resilience and moderate work pressure have positive predictive effects on job performance in standardized training residents. |
