椎间盘退变(intervertebral disc degeneration, IVDD)的诊断还是根据病史、临床体检和影像学的一致性来判断,MRI是最佳的辅助检查方法。但是,影像学变化是滞后于组织病理学改变的,无法在病理变化的早期做出诊断。目前,血清与尿液分子标志物在许多疾病诊断中发挥重要作用。细胞外基质降解和炎症介质的产生是椎间盘退变的重要的病理过程。本文对椎间盘退变相关分子标志物研究进展进行综述。 |

Abstract: |
The diagnosis of intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD) mainly relies on physician examination and MRI scan. However, the imaging examination often lags behind the pathological change of the IVDD and can not make the early diagnosis. The degradation of extra matrix and production of inflammation media is one of the noticeably pathological changes in IVDD, indicating that inflammation media might be promising bio-markers for IVDD. In this article we review the related research progress to provide a new direction for the diagnosis of IVDD. |
