阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease, AD)是一种神经退行性疾病,老年斑(senile plaque, SP)和神经元纤维缠结(neurofibrillary tangles, NFTs)是AD早期特征性病理改变。以SP的核心成分Aβ和NFTs的核心成分Tau蛋白为靶点的特异性分子探针,在早期诊断及评估AD等方面具有重要的研究和应用价值。 |

Abstract: |
Alzheimer’s disease(AD) is a neurodegenerative disease. Senile plaque(SP) and neurofibrillary tangles(NFTs) are characteristic pathological changes in AD. The molecular probes specific to Aβ and Tau protein, which are the core components of SP and NFTs respectively, have great research and application values in the early diagnosis of AD. |
