先天缺牙相关基因的研究进展

摘要:
先天缺牙是牙齿发育异常中常见的一种疾病。根据缺牙的数量可分为少数牙缺失、多数牙缺失和先天无牙。也可以根据是否伴有全身症状分为非综合征型缺牙和综合征型缺牙。先天缺失对患者的咀嚼、美观、甚至心理都有重要的影响,基因突变是其主要原因。本文就非综合征型先天缺牙和综合征型先天缺牙相关基因的研究进展进行综述。

Research progress on gene involved in tooth agenesis

Abstract:
Tooth agenesis is a common disease of dental development anomalies. According to the number of missing teeth, it is divided into hypodontia, oligodontia and anodontia. Based on whether it is accompanied by systemic symptoms, it is classified as non-syndromic tooth agenesis and syndromic tooth agenesis. Tooth agenesis would affect the masticatory function, appearance and even the psychology of the patients. Genetic mutation is the main etiology of tooth agenesis. Research progress on gene involved in non-syndromic tooth agenesis and syndromic tooth agenesis is reviewed in this article.
