| 胫骨髁间嵴骨折临床上少见，类型特殊，常见于儿童，可分为4种类型。Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型无明显移位者往往采用保守治疗，而其他的Ⅱ-Ⅳ型则需要外科手术治疗。成人的髁间嵴骨折手术技术已基本成熟，固定物可以选择钢丝、缝线、螺钉、锚钉等。但儿童由于其骨骺尚未闭合，因而治疗及固定方式也有所不同。本文对近年来儿童胫骨髁间嵴骨折的关节镜治疗及固定方式进行综述。 |

| Arthroscopic treatment for tibial intercondylar eminence fractures in children |

| Abstract: |
| Tibial intercondylar eminence fracture (TIEF) is a rare type of intraarticular fracture, mainly occurs in children. TIEF can be classified into four types, type Ⅰ fracture and type Ⅱ fracture without significant displacement are often treated conservatively; for types Ⅱ-Ⅳ surgical treatment is recommended. For adult TIEF, steel wire, suture and screw anchors are commonly used for fixture. Since the epiphysis in children has not been closed, the surgery and fixture should be performed differently. This article reviews the recent advances in the arthroscopic treatment of tibial intercondylar eminence fractures in children. |
