Neuroplastin(np)是属于免疫球蛋白超家族、富含于突触膜的细胞黏附分子,有np65和np55两种异构体。np65是脑特异性的,np55是全身分布的。Neuroplastin可在长时程增强、突触可塑性和促进神经突起生长等方面发挥作用,可能与学习、记忆、情感有关。本文对Neuroplastin的结构、分布和功能进行综述。 |

Abstract: |
Neuroplastin(np) belonging to the immunoglobulin(Ig) superfamily, is a synapse-enriched adhesion molecule. There are two isomers of neuroplastin, named np65 and np55 according to their molecular weight; np65 is brain-specific, while np55 is widely distributed in various tissues. Neuroplastinsins played a role in long-term potential, synaptic plasticity and promoting neurite outgrowth,which may be associated with learning, memory and mood. In this review, the molecular structure, distribution and biological functions of neuroplastins are focused. |
