目的 了解渔民院前急救现况与需求,为制定针对渔民的急救培训方案和作业生产规范提供理论依据。方法 在2016年1月至2016年3月对舟山市普陀区樟州渔业村172名渔民进行问卷调查,分析渔民院前急救现况与需求。结果 26.2%的渔民在过去一年捕鱼期间发生过意外伤害,第一施救人员主要为同船船员(77.3%)。89.5%的渔船配备急救箱,44.2%的渔民知道海上救助电话,15.7%实施过院前急救。渔民院前急救知识平均正确率为53.8%,影响因素包括文化程度、工种、是否参加过急救培训和是否实施过院前急救。61.6%的渔民参加过急救培训,不参加培训的主要原因是无时间(41.3%)。58.7%的渔民愿意参加急救知识培训,39.0%的渔民愿意付费参加培训。期望培训的内容以创伤急救(45.3%)和心肺复苏(26.7%)为主,形式主要为教员示范及现场实习(79.7%),培训频率以一年一次(36.0%)居多。结论 渔民院前急救现况有待改善,有关部门应加强渔民院前急救知识培训与作业安全规范。 |

Objective To survey the status and needs of pre-hospital first aid among fishermen. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted to identify the status and needs of pre-hospital first aid among fishermen from January 2016 to March 2016; and 172 fishermen from Zhangzhou Village of Zhoushan Putuo District participated in the study. Results There were 26.2% fishermen suffered injuries at sea and 84.5% of the first responders were shipmates. 89.5% of the fishing vessels were equipped with first-aid kit, 44.2% of the fishermen knew rescue phone number at sea and 15.7% performed pre-hospital emergency. The average accuracy of pre-hospital first aid knowledge was 53.8%; and degree of education, type of work, experience of first aid training and experience of pre-hospital emergency were the influencing factors. Among participants 61.6% had attended first aid training; lack of time(41.3%) was the main reason for not attending training; 58.7% of fishermen were willing to participate in training and 39.0% were willing to pay for training. The contents of training they interested in were trauma care(45.3%) and CPR(26.7%). Demonstrate and on-site learning(79.7%) were the mainly expected training form; and 36.0% hoped that the frequency of training was once a year. Conclusion The status of pre-hospital first aid is expected to be improved among fishermen. The training of pre-hospital first aid knowledge and the regulation of job safety should be strengthened. |
