| 目的 探讨鼓膜检查、声导抗检查、纯音听阈测试及鼓膜穿刺等方法对分泌性中耳炎的诊断价值。方法 采用鼓膜检查、声导抗检查、纯音听阈测试及鼓膜穿刺等方法对80例(106耳)分泌性中耳炎的患者进行检查。比较分泌性中耳炎组及正常对照组的声导抗各项指标。比较B型和C型的抽液率。统计学分析采用t检验及卡方检验。结果 鼓膜充血内陷为60.38%,鼓膜活动度受限为90.57%,鼓室积液征45.28%。患者组声导抗各项测试指标均低于正常组,差别有统计学意义；分泌性中耳炎患者可表现为气导下降或气导及骨导均下降。B型鼓室导抗图的实际得液率(86%)＞C型鼓室导抗图(53.57%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 鼓膜检查,声导抗及纯音听阈检查对诊断分泌性中耳炎有重要价值。 |

| ObjectiveTo assess the application of membrane examination, acoustic immittance test, pure tone audiometry and tympanocentesis in diagnosis of secretory otitis media(SOM). Methods Eighty patients with secretory otitis media(106 ears) were investigated by membrane examination, acoustic impedance test, pure tone audiometry and tympanocentesis. The statistical analysis was performed with t test and Chi-square test. Results The rate of color change in tympanic membrane was 60.38%, and the rate of the restriction of membrane was 90.57%. The rate of middle ear effusion was 45.28%. The parameters of acoustic immittance in SOM patients were all lower than those in normal subjects. The air conduction hearing threshold was decreased or both the air and bone conduction hearing threshold was decreased in SOM patients. The actual fluid rate in type B tympanum immittance was greater than that in type C(86% vs 53%, P＜0.05). Conclusion The membrane examination,acoustic impedance inspection,pure tone audiometry and tympanocentesis are useful in diagnosis of SOM. |
