摘要:

目的探讨成纤维细胞治化蛋白（fibroblast activation protein，FAP)在胆囊癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学检测71例胆囊癌、5例慢性胆囊炎、5例胆囊腺瘤组织中的FAP表达，并应用单因素变量、生存分析观察与胆囊癌临床病理参数的关系。结果慢性胆囊炎、胆囊腺瘤组织中FAP无表达;71例胆囊癌组织中52例FAP阳性（73.2%),且FAP阳性表达与胆囊癌肝浸润、淋巴结转移、肿瘤浸润深度相关。结论FAP在胆囊癌组织中高表达,有望成为胆囊癌临床、预后判断的独立指标。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the expression of fibroblast activation protein (FAP) in human primary gallbladder carcinomas and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of FAP in gallbladder carcinoma (n=11) , chronic cholecystitis (n=5) and gallbladder adenoma (n=5) were examined by immunohistochemical staining. The relationship of FAP expression with the clinicopathological parameter and prognosis of the patients with gallbladder carcinoma were analyzed. Results Positive expression of FAP was detected in 52 cases of gallbladder carcinoma specimens (73.2% )，but chronic cholecystitis and gallbladder adenoma specimens all presented negative results. FAP expression was significantly correlated with liver infiltration，lymph node metastasis，and tumor invasive depth of primary gallbladder carcinoma. Conclusion FAP protein is expressed with high positive rate in human primary gallbladder carcinomas;the expression of FAP may be used as a prognostic indicator for gallbladder carcinomas.
