目的评价对孕中期胎儿超声畸形筛查结果正常的妊娠期糖尿病胎儿常规行超声心动图检查的价值。方法回顾本院自2010年1月-2012年1月接受胎儿超声心动图检查的资料,将唯一检查指征为母亲患妊娠期糖尿病的病例纳入研究,且这些病例孕中期胎儿超声畸形筛查结果均无异常。结果共40例妊娠期糖尿病胎儿纳入研究,检出先天性心脏病4例,未发现严重先天性心脏病,胎儿超声心动图检查准确率为95%。结论妊娠期糖尿病胎儿常规行超声心动图检查并不能明显提高对严重先天性心脏病的胎内栓出率。 |

Objective To evaluate the application of routine screening of congenital heart diseases with fetal echocardiography in mothers with gestational diabetes. Methods Forty pregnant women with mean gestation of 27.4 weeks (24 -30 weeks), who were diagnosed as gestational diabetes mellitus and admitted from January 2010 to January 2012, were included in the study. The detailed anatomic survey with ultrasonography was performed on the fetuses in the second trimester and all showed normal findings. The patients underwent fetal echocardiography and the clinical data and echocardiographic findings were retrospectively reviewed. Results Congenital heart diseases were detected in 4 out 40 fetuses, but no severe heart disease was found. The accuracy rate of screening fetal echocardiography was 95%. Conclusion Routine fetal echocardiographic screening in gestational diabetic mothers has little value in prenatal diagnosis of severe congenital heart disease. |
