目的探讨诺和锐30短期治疗对初发2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能和血糖控制的影响。方法采用自身对照的方法,对49例新诊断未治疗的2型糖尿病患者给予3个月的诺和锐30治疗,分析比较治疗前后血糖、胰岛素、C肽和胰岛素分泌功能各指标的变化。结果治疗后,空腹血糖、2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均明显下降,胰岛素分泌指数、胰岛素敏感指数均明显升高。胰岛素抵抗指数明显下降。结论诺和锐30治疗3个月可显著改善初发2型糖尿病患者的β细胞分泌功能和胰岛素敏感性,减轻胰岛素抵抗,改善糖代谢。 |

Objective To investigate the effects of short-term Aspart 30 treatment on pancreatic β- cell function and blood glucose control in patients with newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods Forty nine patients with newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes received Aspart 30 for three months. Levels in blood glucose, insulin, C-peptide were measured before and after treatmen. Results After treatment, fasting glucose, 2 h glucose and HbA1C were decreased significantly, insulin secretion index and insulin sensitivity index were significantly increased. Insulin resistance index decreased significantly. Conclusion Aspart 30 can significantly improve the β-cell secretory function, insulin sensitivity and glucose control in patients with newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes. |
