| 目的 了解老年人家庭照顾者的经历,探索老年人家庭照顾者对支持性服务的需求,为社区照顾者社会支持性服务的开展提供理论指导。方法 采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对11名上海市老年人家庭照顾者进行半结构式访谈,并用现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果 通过阅读、分析、反思、分类和提炼主题,得出4方面的支持服务需求:(1)对实质性支持服务的需求意愿;(2)对信息性支持的需求意愿;(3)对心理精神类支持的需求意愿;(4)对社会生活的需求意愿。结论 照顾者身心负荷较重,迫切需要各种形式的社会支持服务。 |

| The needs of support service for family caregivers of seniors |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To assess the needs of supporting service for family caregivers of seniors. .Methods The exploratory,descriptive,qualitative design was used and a semi-structure interview was conducted in this study.A convenience sample of 11 family caregivers was recruited in one community health service center in Shanghai.Data saturation guided the size of the sample.The Colaizzi method of empirical phenomenology was used for interviewing and analyzing data obtained from 11 caregivers. Results Four major themes were found and labeled:(1)the need for material support services;(2)the need for informational support services;(3)the need for emotional support services;(4)the need for social companionship services.Conclusion The family caregivers suffer heavy physical and mental burden and have urgent need for various forms of social support services. |
