| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨经皮神经电刺激(TENS)对脑卒中后尿失禁患者的治疗作用。方法 61例脑卒中后尿失禁患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组29例,治疗组除了行脑卒中常规治疗以外,给予经皮神经电刺激(TENS)治疗,对照组仅给予常规内科治疗,治疗前后应用膀胱过度活动症状评分表(OABSS)、日常生活能力评定(Banhel Index),尿流动力学检查,比较治疗组和对照组的差异。结果 治疗组患者OABSS评分明显低于对照组,而日常生活活动能力评分和尿流动力学检查指标明显高于对照组。结论 经皮神经电刺激(TENS)对脑卒后尿失禁患者的尿失禁症状有显著的治疗作用,对提高脑卒后尿失禁患者日常生活能力有临床意义。 |

| Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS)for urinary incontinence after stroke.Methods Sixty one patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence were divided ran into therapeutic group 32 patients and control group 29 patients.TENS was performed in the therapeutic group while the control group only received basic therapy.OABSS and Barthel Index were assessed and urodynamics were examined before and after therapy.Results The OABSS score was significantly lower in the therapeutic group than that in the control group;while the Barthel Index and the parameters of urodynamics were significantly higher in the therapeutic group. Conclusion TENS can alleviate incontinence symptoms and improve the quality of daily life for patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence. |
