| 目的 观察评价中医养阴柔肝化湿解毒方治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎（chronic hepatitis B,CHB）的临床疗效。方法 选择2009年9月至2010年8月慢性乙肝患者96例,以治疗前后症状及体征改善情况、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、总胆红素（TBil）、白蛋白（Alb）、HBV DNA、HBeAg、HBsAb为观察指标,比较两种治疗方案对指标的影响。结果 治疗3个月,治疗组对患者的临床症状与体征、肝功能指标均有改善作用,以治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）,尤其以对ALT和Alb改善更为明显（P＜0.01）;治疗3个月后,养阴柔肝化湿解毒方对HBV DNA阴转率、e抗原阴转率与对照组比较均有明显改善（P＜0.05）;治疗组患者产生表面抗体HBsAb的例数明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 养阴柔肝化湿解毒方治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的整体疗效优于对照药澳泰乐颗粒,可有效改善慢乙肝患者乏力、肝区不适、消化道不良临床症状。 |

| Objective To observe and assess the therapeutic efficacy of TCM Prescription YangYin-HuaShiYinReJieDu upon chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods 96 out patients were recruited in Tongji Hospital from January 2009 to January 2010 and chosen randomly into control group and cure group,physical symptoms and signs as well as laboratory indicators as ALT、AST、TBil、Alb、HBV DNA、HBeAg and HBsAb were be recorded and compared their variation between treatment before and treatment after in two groups. Results Compare to control group,physical symptoms and signs,indicators of liver function of patients were significandy improved in cure group(P＜0.05)after 3 months treatment,especially significant as to ALT and Alb(P＜0.01).In cure group,negative conversion rate of HBV DNA and HBeAg show higher value than in control group as well as higher rate of HBsAb responding than in control group.Conclusion Collectively, the therapeutic efficacy of TCM Prescription YangYinHuaShiYmReJieDu upon CHB is more excellent than Aotaile Keli,it can be demonstrated from the aspects such as reducing fatigue feeling of CHB patients, alleviating uncomfortable symptoms or feelings in liver area and improving digestive function of CHB patients. |
