| 目的 比较碧兰麻（主要成分4%阿替卡因）与2%利多卡因在上颌第一磨牙活髓拔髓中的麻醉效果。方法 84例患者128颗需要行根管治疗的上颌第一磨牙,随机分为两组,分别用碧兰麻和利多卡因进行颊粘膜下浸润麻醉。对患者麻醉注射时疼痛程度、拔髓时疼痛程度、麻醉起效、持续时间进行分析比较。结果 碧兰麻局部浸润麻醉时注射疼痛明显小于利多卡因,拔髓时疼痛程度明显小于利多卡因,两组差异显著（P＜0.01）。碧兰麻起效时间短于利多卡因,维持时间长于利多卡因。结论 碧兰麻局部麻醉效果优于利多卡因,可推广应用。 |

| Objective To compare efficacy of local anesthesia using primacaine and 2%lidocaine during vital pulp extraction of the first maxillary molar.Methods Eghty four patients(128 teeth) undergoing pulp extraction were divided randomly into two groups;primacaine or lidocaine was applied for buccal submucous infiltration anesthesia,respectively.The degree of pain during the injection and pulp extraction, the anesdiesia onset and persistent time were compared between two groups.Results The pain degree of primacaine group was lower than that of lidocaine during the injection and extraction of pulp.The persistent time of anesdiesia of primacaine group was longer than that of lidocaine group.The onset time of anesthesia in primacaine group was shorter than that of lidocaine group.Conclusion Primacaine is more effective than hdocaine used in local anesthesia for pulp extraction. |
