腹膜后纤维化的MSCT及MRI诊断

摘要:

目的探讨腹膜后纤维化（retroperitoneal fibrosis,RPF）的MSCT及MRI表现。方法回顾性分析经临床病理证实的8例RPF的CT及MRI表现。8例均行CT平扫及增强检查,采用MSCT三维重建成像技术处理;3例行MRI平扫及增强扫描。结果所有患者CT及MRI平扫表现为腹膜后不规则肌肉样密度或信号软组织病变,6例包绕腹膜后大血管,7例伴有肾盂输尿管扩张积水。增强后,病变轻度至中度强化。结论 MSCT及MRI检查在腹膜后纤维化的诊断中起重要作用,综合分析图像,有利于该病的明确诊断。

Abstract:

Objective To assess the value of multislice computed tomography(MSCT) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) findings in diagnosis of retroperitoneal fibrosis.Methods The clinical data and MSCT/MRI findings of 8 patients with pathologically-diagnosed retroperitoneal fibrosis were retrospectively analyzed;and the literatures were also reviewed.Results The MSCT and MRI findings showed homogenous tissue isodensity to muscle and enveloping blood vessels in 6 cases,hydronephrosis and dilatation of the ureters in 7 cases.After administration of contrast medium,all lesions showed different patterns of enhancement. Conclusion MSCT and MRI are of value the diagnosis of the retroperitoneal fibrosis.
