| 目的 探讨老年原发性高血压患者血压变异性与靶器官损害的关系。方法 对老年（72~89岁）原发性高血压组（69例）和非老年＜60岁原发性高血压组（60例）进行动态血压监测,计算血压变异系数,对两组心脑血管合并症、肾功能进行对比研究。结果 老年高血压组24 h血压均值、收缩压显著高于非老年高血压组,且心脑肾器官损害的发生率也显著升高,老年原发性高血压组与非老年高血压组比较夜间收缩压变异（systolic blood pressurevariation,SBPV）、夜间BPV差异有非常显著性（P＜0.01）,变异性增大与心脑血管合病症和肾功能损害密切相关。结论 血压变异性与老年高血压病靶器官损害的发生密切相关。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To investigate the association of blood pressure variability with target organ damage in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods The ambulatory blood pressure was monitored in 69 hypertensive patients aged 72 to 89(elderly group) and 60 hypertensive patients aged under 60(non-elderly group).The variation coefficient of blood pressure was calculated,the renal function,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications were observed in two groups.Results The mean 24 h blood pressure and mean systolic blood pressure in elderly group were significantly higher than those in non-elderly patients. The incidence of heart,brain and kidney damage was significantly higher in elderly patients than those in non-elderly patients.There were significant differences in nocturnal systolic blood pressure variability (SBPV) and nocturnal BPV between two groups(P＜0.01).The increased variability was closely associated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease and renal dysfunction.Conclusion The blood pressure variability and target organ damage in elderly patients with hypertension are closely related. |
