| 目的 探讨口腔医生助手的培养模式。方法 结合同济大学附属第十人民医院口腔中心临床工作实践，从现阶段从事口腔医生助手工作的四手护士的胜任力分析入手进行分析。结果 口腔四手护士胜任力重点在于职业认知、服务礼仪、专业技术、客户关系管理知识应用能力的培养。结论 重视基于胜任力分析的口腔四手护士的特殊培养，对于解决口腔医生助手人力资源问题具有重要的现实意义。 |

| Objective To review the competence training of dental assistants.Methods The current situation of ignored formal dental assistant education and lacking professional dental assistants were analyzed based on the four-handed practice in the dental department of Tenth People’s Hospital in Shanghai.Results The training system aiming at cultivating the abilities of career recognition,service etiquette,professional skill and application of customer relationship management was proved effective by evaluating the competency of dental four-handed nurses.Conclusion The professional training of dental assistant based on competence is of great importance to human resources for oral medical institution. |
