动脉粥样硬化兔不同程度血液动力性脑缺血模型的建立

摘要:
目的 建立动脉粥样硬化兔不同程度血液动力性脑缺血模型。方法 新西兰大白兔经3个月高脂饮食喂养后,采用主动脉弓上选择性动脉结扎法制作兔全脑或后循环缺血模型。应用选择性数字减影血管造影(digitaI subtract angiography,DSA)和血液动力学检测仪对靶血管进行相关指标的检测。结果 各组间的循环时间、最大血流速度、平均血流速度、最小血流速度均存在明显差异。不同靶血管闭塞组显示出不同程度的缺血强度,病理切片可见颈总动脉粥样硬化斑块形成。结论 本实验建立的动脉粥样硬化兔血液动力性脑缺血模型能够很好地模拟临床某些动脉粥样硬化患者血液动力学特点,为动脉粥样硬化性脑缺血的实验研究提供了必要的条件。

Abstract:
Objective To establish an atherosclerotic rabbit model with different degrees of hemodynamic brain ischemia.Methods The New Zealand rabbits were fed with cholesterol diet for 3 months,and then superior artery above aortic arch was selectively ligated so as to form ischemia in the whole brain or posterior circulation.Selective digital subtraction angiography(DSA) and the hemodynamic meter were employed to evaluate the blood flow in both anterior and posterior circulation.Results An obvious difference was found in circulation time,maximal,mean and minimal velocities of blood flow in all groups.The occlusion of different target vessels caused different intensity of ischemia.The atherosclerotic plaque,verified by pathological section,was found in common carotid artery and aortic arch respectively. Conclusions This model can simulate the clinical hemodynamic state of atherosclerotic patients and is an ideal model for studying hemodynamic brain ischemia caused by atherosclerosis.
