老年舒张性心力衰竭患者血清纤维化指标的变化及其意义

摘要:

目的探讨老年舒张性心力衰竭患者血清纤维化指标的变化及其临床意义。方法采用放射免疫法测定48例老年舒张性心力衰竭患者和30例正常老年人血清Ⅰ型胶原（PCⅠ）和Ⅲ前胶原（PCⅢ）浓度的变化。结果老年舒张性心力衰竭患者血清Ⅰ型胶原和Ⅲ前胶原浓度均显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。不同年龄组心衰患者血清纤维化指标有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论老年舒张性心力衰竭患者存在不同程度的纤维化,且其程度和年龄和心律失常的存在有相关性。

Abstract:

Objective To study the clinical significance of the changes of indices of serum fibrosis in elderly patients with diastolic heart failure.Methods Serum concentration of procollagenⅠ（PCⅠ） andⅢ（PCⅢ） collagen were determined by radioimmunoassay 48 elderly diastolic heart failure patients and 30 aged controls.Results Procollagen typeⅠandⅢcollagen were significantly higher（P0.01） in elderly patients with diastolic heart failure.In different age groups,indices of serum fibrosis had significant differences（P0.01）.Conclusion Various degrees of fibrosis exist in elderly patients with diastolic heart failure,and its extent is correlated with the age and the presence of arrhythmia.
