| 目的探讨电子喉镜在下咽部异物的探查和取出中的应用价值。方法利用Olympus电子喉镜及其配套活检钳对门诊下咽部异物及怀疑有下咽部异物患者35例进行探查和取出。结果 35例均为鱼刺,外观粗短坚硬或细如毛发,部位隐匿,停留处多为一白点或包埋于黏膜皱裂中。存在于会厌谷7例,舌根淋巴滤泡深处12例,喉咽侧壁9例,梨状窝7例。全部病例未发现并发症。结论电子喉镜下探查或取出下咽部异物具有操作简便、视野清晰、安全准确、适宜人群广泛、患者痛苦小、局部创伤轻微等优点,值得推广应用。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To study the value of electronic laryngoscope application in exploring and taking out the hypopharyngeal foreign body.Methods Thirty-five cases from outpatients were explored and taken out their foreign bodies through Olympus electronic laryngoscope.Results All 35 cases were obstructed by fish bones.The obstructs were located at epiglottic vallecula（7 cases）,the root of the tongue（12 cases）,the lateral of the hypopharynx（9 cases） and piriform（7 cases）.There were no complications for all cases.Conclusion Exploring and taking out the hypopharyngeal foreign body by using electronic laryngoscope is easy to operate,with a clear vision and safe,suitable for all individuals.There is only little pain,minimal wound.It is worth spreading the application. |
