上海地区汉族健康人群血清GDF-15水平分析

摘要:
目的探讨上海地区汉族健康人群血清生长分化因子-15(growth differentiation factot-15.GDF-15)水平及其影响因素。方法收集上海地区205例汉族健康体检者的血清标本,采用酶联免疫吸附双抗夹心法fenzvme-linked immunosorbentassay,ELISA)测定血清GDF-15水平。结果205例汉族健康体检者血清GDF-15水平范围介于267.58~1702.80pg/ml,中位数水平为575.42pg/ml(四分位数间距454.52-736.67pg/ml),男女间没有性别差异。随着年龄增长,血清GDF-15水平呈上升趋势,青年~RGDF一15水平中位数为417.98pg/ml(4分位数间距376.50~504.92Pg/m1),中年组为603.46pg/ml(4分位数间距493.91-704.65pg/m1),老年组为783.85pg/ml(4分位数间距649.23~987.10pg/ml),各年龄组段均有显著差异(P〈0.01)。Spearman相关性分析发现血清GDF-15水平与高敏C反应蛋白(highsensitivity C-reactiveprotein,hs-CRP)、血肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸以及甘油三酯显著正相关(P〈0.05),而与内生肌酐清除率、高密度脂蛋白呈显著负相关(P〈0.01)。结论上海地区汉族健康人群血清GDF15水平随年龄增长而增加.并与多种生化指标相关,本研究结果为建立我国血清GDF-15水平的实验室参考范围提供了信息资料。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the levels of growth differentiation factor-15 (GDF-15) in serum from healthy individuals and its relationship with relevant clinic biomedical markers. Methods Two hundred and five serum samples from healthy individuals were collected during health checkup in Shanghai area. The circulating levels of GDF-15 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results The levels of GDF-15 in serum from 205 samples ranged from 267.58 to 1 702.80 pg/ml with a median value of 575.42 pg/ml (interquartile range from 454.52 to 736.67 pg/ml). There were no differences in gender. However the level of GDF-15 in serum was increasing with age. It showed that the median level of GDF-15 in serum was 417.98 pg/ml (interquartile range from 376.50 to 504.92 pg/ml) in young group (20-39 years), 603.46 pg/ml(interquartile range from 493.91 to 704.65 pg/ml)in middle-aged group (40-59 years),and 783.85 pg/ml (interquartile range from 649.23 to 987.10 pg/ml)in elderly group(~〉60 years). The levels of GDF-15 in serum were significantly different among three groups (P〈0.01). Spearman correlation analysis showed that level of GDF-15 in serum was markedly positively correlated with high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs- CRP) ,creatinine,urea nitrogen,uric acid and triglyceride (P〈0.05),but it was negatively associated with creatinine clearance rate and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (P〈0.01). Conclusion The level of GDF-15 in serum from healthy individuals is related with age and some clinic biomedical markers. It may provide the useful information for making certain normal reference ranges of serum level of GDF-15 in Han population.
