| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨慢性肺心病患者血浆脑钠素（brain natriuretic peptide,BNP）、内皮素（endothelin,ET）的测定及其意义。方法 对80例肺心病患者及30例正常受试者采用放射免疫分析法测定血浆BNP、ET,同时应用超声检测收缩期三尖瓣返流压力阶差（the tricuspid valve regurgitation pressure gradientbiggest,TRPG）估测肺动脉压（pulmonary artery pressure,PAP）。结果 肺心病患者血浆BNP、ET均显著高于正常对照组（P〈0.01）;肺动脉压力重度升高时,BNP水平高于轻、中度升高组,组间存在着显著性差异（P〈0.01）;且肺心病患者BNP和ET间呈正相关（P〈0.01）。结论 血浆BNP和ET共同参与了肺心病的病理生理过程,它们用于肺心病患者的检测具有重要的临床应用价值。 |
