目的研究过量氟对凋亡抑制基因Bag-1(Bcl-2相互作用蛋白1)蛋白表达的影响。方法选取20只健康Wistar大鼠,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组正常饮水,实验组饲以含F-浓度100mg/L的氟化水。8周后处死动物,利用HE染色和免疫组化技术观察过量氟对大鼠切牙形态及Bag-1表达的影响。结果实验组大鼠切牙釉基质形成紊乱,成釉细胞和成牙本质细胞Bag-1蛋白表达明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论过量氟可抑制成釉细胞和成牙本质细胞中Bag-1的表达,影响釉质发育的调控机制,最终导致牙齿发育异常。 |
