| 摘要: |
| 目的：了解上海市社区居民健康状况和医疗卫生服务需求情况。方法：采用问卷调查方法对凉城社区1130名中老年居民进行问卷调查和体格检查。结果：21种慢性病患病人数783人，患病率为69．3％，排首位是高血压，达43．4％。近一年中，居民到门诊就诊占75．8％，住院占38．7％。42．4％的调查对象选择市（区）级医院看病。对目前医疗卫生服务满意达87．5％，诊疗费高是不满意的主要原因。结论：社区卫生服务有待进一步完善， 老年人的健康保健是今后社区卫生服务的重点。 |
