目的:研究微孔聚甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯(poly(2-hydroxyethl methecylate),PHEMA) 对成纤维细胞生长的影响并与无孔PHEMA材料进行比较。结果:通过含材料浸渍液的培养基培养成纤维细胞来评价微 孔和无孔的PHEMA材料的细胞毒性,分别于24、48和72h用0.5%台盼蓝法对每组进行细胞活力的测定。结果:成纤维细胞在含材料浸渍液的培养基中生长良好,培养24、48和72h后细胞活力与对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05);微孔PHEMA与无孔PHEMA之间对细胞活力影响亦无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:微孔PHEMA材料具有良好的生物相容性,是理想的人工角膜支架材料。 |
