| 摘要: |
| 神经病理性疼痛是一种常见的由躯体感觉神经系统病变或疾病引起的慢性疼痛，严重影响患者生活质量。当前对神经病理性疼痛的治疗主要是药物治疗和微创介入治疗，并适当辅以心理疗法。其中药物治疗包括三环类抗抑郁药、血清素-去甲肾上腺素再摄取抑制剂、加巴喷丁类药物等，微创介入治疗包括神经阻滞和神经电刺激。本文综述了经典治疗药物和治疗方法以及目前发现的新机制，为神经病理性疼痛的治疗提供新思路。 |

| Research progress in the treatment of neuropathic pain |

| Abstract: |
| Neuropathic pain caused by somatosensory nervous system disorder is a common chronic pain, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. At present, the treatment of neuropathic pain is mainly relied on drug therapy and minimally invasive interventional therapy, or supplemented by psychological therapy. The drugs used for pain relief include tricyclic antidepressants, serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors, gabapentin, etc., and minimally invasive interventional therapy includes nerve block and electrical nerve stimulation. This article reviews the classical medication and other theraleutic methods, and the new mechanisms currently discovered, which may provide new insights for the treatment of neuropathic pain. |
