脑卒中后运动功能障碍的智能化居家康复研究进展及评价策略

摘要:
脑卒中常遗留肢体运动功能障碍并导致患者生活质量下降。持续有效的康复治疗可以改善脑卒中患者肢体运动功能。由于时间、地区、经济条件等影响,多数患者难以得到长期有效的康复,因此对居家康复的需求是迫切的。辅以信息技术的智能化居家康复方式可以促进患者达到相应的训练强度及训练时间,同时结合动态的康复评价方式,制定个体化康复方案,强化康复治疗效果。本文就目前智能化居家康复技术的运用进行综述,以有助于脑卒中后运动功能障碍患者的居家康复方案制定,完善脑卒中后肢体运动功能障碍的康复体系。

Abstract:
Stroke often leads to limb motor dysfunction and impairs patients’ quality of life. Continuous and effective rehabilitation therapy improves limb motor function in post-stroke patients. Due to the limitation of time, region, and economic conditions, it is difficult for most patients to get long-term and effective hospital rehabilitation. Thus, the demand for home-based rehabilitation is urgent. Intelligent home rehabilitation based on information technology can assist patients in achieving the corresponding training intensity and training time. The dynamic evaluation methods can strengthen the effects of rehabilitation treatment. This article summarizes the progress of the current application of intelligent home rehabilitation technology and its evaluation system to promote rehabilitation for patients with post-stroke motor dysfunction.
