中性粒细胞外诱捕网在静脉血栓形成中的研究进展

摘要:
我国静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism, VTE)有着较高的发病率和死亡率,是当前威胁人们生命安全的主要疾病之一,其中以下肢深静脉血栓形成(deep venous thrombosis, DVT)最常见。在患者群体中,老年人不仅发病率高,而且易产生致命性肺栓塞等严重并发症。由于其具体发病机制尚不完全清楚,因此如何降低DVT成为世界性难题。中性粒细胞外诱捕网(neutrophil extracellular trap, NET)在深静脉血栓形成的起始和生长阶段都扮演重要角色。本文归纳了NET在静脉血栓形成中的可能机制,以期为静脉血栓的治疗与预防找到新的方向。

Abstract:
The incidence of venous thromboembolism(VTE) has been increased in recent year, and the deep venous thrombosis(DVT) is the most common form of thrombosis in the lower limbs. The incidence of VTE in the elderly population is high and it is prone to serious complications such as fatal pulmonary embolism. Since its pathogenesis is not fully understood, it becomes a worldwide challenge to reduce the incidence of DVT. Recent studies have shown that the neutrophil extracellular trap(NET) may play an important role in both the initiation and growth phases of deep vein thrombosis. This article reviews the possible mechanisms of NET in venous thrombosis to provide reference for clinical treatment and prevention of venous thrombosis.
