| 动脉粥样硬化是一种慢性炎症性病变，其导致的心脑血管疾病是全球范围内的主要死亡原因。近年来研究发现自噬在动脉粥样硬化的发生发展中有重要作用。本文从自噬在动脉粥样硬化主要细胞中的作用出发，就自噬与动脉粥样硬化的关系机制及针对自噬治疗动脉粥样硬化的研究展开综述,以期为动脉粥样硬化的发病机制及诊治提供新的思考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disorder which is related to the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases-the leading cause of death worldwide. In recent years, studies have found that cell autophagy plays an important role in the initiation and progression of atherosclerosis. This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between cell autophagy and atherosclerosis; and explores the therapeutic strategies of atherosclerosis based on autophagy, to provide insights for the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of atherosclerosis. |
