外泌体在卵巢癌中的研究进展

摘要:
卵巢癌是常见的妇科肿瘤,其早期诊断率低,晚期缺乏有效的治疗手段,致死率极高。外泌体在循环系统中含量丰富,稳定作用于靶细胞,是携带许多生物活性物质的囊泡。外泌体作为细胞间通信的重要媒介,参与了卵巢癌细胞及其微环境之间的信息传递,在卵巢癌诊断、治疗及预后方面都有重要的价值。本文就外泌体在卵巢癌中的作用机制及其在诊断和治疗中的作用作一综述。

Abstract:
Ovarian cancer is a common gynecological malignant tumor with an extremely high mortality rate due to difficulty of early detection and lack of effective treatment in the advanced stage. Exosomes are the vesicles carrying many bioactive ingredients, which are abundant in the circulatory system and act stably on target cells. As mediators for intercellular communication, exosomes participate in the transmission of information between ovarian cancer cells and their microenvironment, which may have great potential in the diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of ovarian cancer. In this article, we review the mechanisms of exosomes on the development and progress of ovarian cancer, as well as their application in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer, to provide new insight for further studies on the biological properties of ovarian cancer.
