心理治疗和咨询中来访者满意度相关因素分析

摘要:
目的 调查心理治疗和咨询中来访者满意度体验并分析相关影响因素。方法 对398名正在接受心理治疗和咨询的来访者进行在线问卷调查,包括来访者特征、治疗师特征、治疗特征以及自我报告的满意度体验等,分析不同特征对满意度体验的影响。结果 受试者的满意度体验得分均值为(7.30±1.98)分,评分集中在7分(24.4%)和8分(26.1%),“不满意”者39例(9.8%),“基本满意”者155例(38.9%),“非常满意”者204例(51.3%)。满意度体验在“治疗形式”(χ2=17.506,P=0.008)、“治疗方式”(χ2=15.955,P=0.043)、“治疗的机构和组织”(χ2=22.614,P=0.004)、“心理治疗的理论流派”(χ2=28.461,P=0.005)、“经历过的治疗师人数”(χ2=6.958,P=0.031)、“支付的费用”(χ2=15.938,P=0.014)和“治疗师的执业资质”(χ2=23.962,P=0.001)等方面的差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Logistic回归检验显示,“治疗方式”和“治疗的理论流派”进入多因素回归模型(亚变量的P<0.05)。进行“面对面”治疗的来访者非常满意体验增加2.562倍(Wald χ2=4.933,P=0.026),“线上视频”者增加2.521倍(Wald χ2=3.887,P=0.049);接受“认知行为治疗”的来访者非常满意体验增加3.799倍(Wald χ2=8.153,P=0.004),接受“家庭治疗”者增加2.704倍(Wald χ2=4.977,P=0.026)。结论 心理治疗和咨询的内部特征和外部特征都会影响来访者满意度体验,理解和掌握心理治疗理论流派的特质并加以管理,选择合适的治疗方式等是提升满意度的重要方向。

Related factors of client satisfaction experience in psychological therapy and counseling

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the satisfaction experience of clients in psychological therapy and counseling, and the relevant influencing factors. Methods An online questionnaire survey was conducted among 398 clients undergoing psychological therapy or counseling. The content of the survey included clients characteristics, therapists characteristics, treatments characteristics, as well as the self-reported satisfaction experience, and the factors related to satisfaction experience were analyzed. Results The average score of satisfaction experience was 7.30±1.98. The scores were concentrated in 7 points(24.4%) and 8 points(26.1%). Among the subjects, 39 were “dissatisfied”(9.8%), 155 were “basically satisfied”(38.9%) and 204 were “very satisfied”(51.3%). Satisfaction experience had significant differences in different characteristic clients in “form of treatment”(χ2=17.506, P=0.008), “mode of treatment”(χ2=15.955, P =0.043), “organization and organization of treatment”(χ2=22.614, P=0.004), “theoretical school of psychotherapy”(χ2=28.461, P=0.005), “number of therapists”(χ2 =6.958, P=0.031), and “fees paid each time”(χ2=15.938, P=0.014) and “professional qualification of therapists”(χ2=23.962, P=0.001). The “mode of treatment” and “theoretical school of psychotherapy” entered the multifactor regression model(P<0.05 for one of their subvariables). The very satisfactory experience of the clients who received “face-to-face” psychotherapy increased by 2.562 times(Wald χ2=4.933,P=0.026), and the “online video” increased by 2.521 times(Wald χ2=3.887,P=0.049). The very satisfactory experience of clients receiving “cognitive behavioral therapy” increased by 3.799 times(Wald χ2=8.153,P=0.004), and receiving “family therapy” increased by 2.704 times(Wald χ2=4.977,P=0.026). Conclusion The internal and external characteristics of psychotherapy will affect the satisfaction experience of clients. Understanding and mastering the characteristics of psychotherapy theory, and providing appropriate treatment model are important directions to improve satisfaction.
