MRI T1ρ在骨关节炎软骨退变诊断和治疗中的进展

摘要:
骨关节炎的早期发生与关节软骨生化性质的改变有关。因此关节软骨的评估是骨关节炎诊断、治疗中的关键环节。MRI是临床常用的影像学检查手段,在骨关节炎的诊断和治疗中起重要作用。MRI T1ρ是一种新型定量磁共振序列,它利用自旋锁定技术定量研究关节软骨的理化成分改变,对关节软骨病变的早期诊断、干预、评估起着重要作用。本文将介绍MRI T1ρ的基本原理及其在骨关节炎诊断和治疗中的作用,并与其他定量磁共振技术进行比较;同时对近年来MRI T1ρ在关节修复治疗中的应用进行综述。

Abstract:
The early onset of osteoarthritis is related to the changes in the biochemical properties of articular cartilage. Therefore, the evaluation of articular cartilage is crucial, and MRI is commonly used in clinical imaging examination, so it plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis. MRI T1ρ is a novel quantitative magnetic resonance sequence that quantitatively studies the biochemical changes in the articular cartilage by using spin-lock technique, which can be applied for evaluation of articular cartilage lesions. This article introduces the basic principles of MRI T1ρ and its roles in diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis, and compare it with other quantitative magnetic resonance techniques; the application of MRI T1ρ in the therapeutic evaluation of knee joint repair in recent years is also reviewed.
