微小RNA在急性肺损伤中的研究进展

摘要:
急性肺损伤是由各种直接或间接因素导致肺泡上皮细胞及毛细血管内皮细胞损伤,造成弥漫性肺间质和肺泡水肿,进而导致急性低氧性呼吸功能不全。微小RNA(microRNA, miRNA)与急性肺损伤的发生、发展关系密切,在肺泡上皮细胞、毛细血管内皮细胞及巨噬细胞等细胞的分化、增殖、凋亡、分解过程及对信号通路的调节中发挥重要作用。因此,探索miRNA在急性肺损伤中的作用,不仅可以帮助理解急性肺损伤的病理生理过程,还可以通过miRNA,找到疾病的潜在治疗靶点。本文综述了各类与急性肺损伤相关的miRNAs,及其通过调控肺泡上皮细胞、毛细血管内皮细胞及巨噬细胞影响急性肺损伤的相关机制。

Abstract:
Acute lung injury is caused by various kinds of direct or indirect factors. The damage of alveolar epithelial cells and capillary endothelial cells induces diffuse pulmonary interstitial edema and alveolar edema, leading to acute hypoxic respiratory insufficiency. MicroRNAs(miRNAs) play an important role in the differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis and decomposition of alveolar epithelial cells, capillary endothelial cells, macrophage cells and other cells as well as in the regulation of signaling pathways, and are closely related to the occurrence and development of acute lung injury. Therefore, exploring the roles of miRNAs in acute lung injury can be conducive to understand its pathophysiological process, and may provide potential therapeutic targets of acute lung injury. This article reviews miRNAs, related to acute lung injury and their mechanisms in acute lung injury by regulating alveolar epithelial cells, capillary endothelial cells and macrophage cells.
