| 生物制剂因其优越的疗效在中、重度，难治及特殊类型银屑病患者的治疗中得到了广泛应用，2019版《中国银屑病生物治疗专家共识》对国内外目前生物制剂应用的研究数据和临床经验进行了总结，提出了符合中国特色的银屑病生物制剂应用原则及方法，不仅使生物制剂能合理、安全、有效地应用于临床，提高患者生活质量，又为皮肤科医生提供了具体的指导意见。本文就此生物治疗专家共识的重点内容进行解读。 |

| Abstract: |
| Biological agents have been widely used in patients with moderate, severe and refractory psoriasis, as well as special types of psoriasis due to superior effectiveness. The Chinese expert consensus on the biological treatment for psoriasis（2019 edition） summarizes the current research data and clinical experience of biological agents in treatment of psoriasis at home and abroad and proposes the principles and methods of therapy in China. The consensus recommends the reasonable, safe and effective application of biological agents in clinical practice of psoriasis to improve the quality of life of patients. This article interprets the main points of the consensus to provide clinical guideline for dermatologists. |
