纳米材料具有粒径小、比表面积大、稳定性好、毒副作用小等优良特性。近年来,纳米材料的应用领域日益广泛,尤其在生物医学领域中的应用得到了广泛的关注。本文就纳米材料作为药物载体在运动医学领域运动性肌肉损伤修复、运动性疲劳恢复以及运动性骨损伤修复等方面的研究现状及发展前景进行论述,为其在运动医学领域的应用提供新思路。 |

Abstract: |
Nanomaterials are characterized by small size, large surface area to volume ratio, good stability, and low cytotoxicity and side effects. In recent years, nanomaterials have been widely used, especially in the field of biomedicine. This article reviews the research progress and development prospect of nanomaterials as drug carriers in sports medicine, such as sports muscle injury repair, sports fatigue recovery and sports bone injury repair. |
