中国消化内镜质量控制现状、思考及未来

摘要:
近几年随着消化内镜设备的迭代更新和技术的迅速发展,消化内镜的质量控制也逐步得到重视。与发达国家相比,我国消化内镜目前面临着技术发展不平衡、诊疗质量偏低、培训体系尚待完善等问题。建立健全消化内镜质量控制体系,需要从消化内镜学科管理、人员培训、内镜洗消等多方面入手。重视消化内镜的洗消规范,是切实保障内镜诊疗质量和诊疗安全的前提。促使消化内镜培训从学徒模式向以能力为基础的培训体系转变,并将虚拟现实仿真技术与临床实际操作相结合,是全面培养内镜人才的基础。制定合理的质量评估标准和量化考核体系,并将Plan-Do-Check-Act(PDCA)等新手段引入内镜诊疗的临床管理,是消化内镜诊疗规范有效实施的保障。

Quality control of digestive endoscopy in China: Current status and future direction

Abstract:
With the rapid development of digestive endoscopy equipment and techniques, the quality control of digestive endoscopy has become an important issue currently. Digestive endoscopy in China is facing problems such as imbalanced development of techniques, relative low quality of diagnosis and treatment, and the training system also need to be improved. In order to establish and improve the quality control system of digestive endoscopy in China, attention should be paid in several aspects. First the standardized cleaning and disinfection technique is essential in ensuring the quality and safety of endoscopy. Second, for effective training endoscopy talents in an all-round way, the training system should be shifted from a typical apprenticeship mode to a competency-based training program, and the virtual reality simulation technique can be used in the training. Finally, the quality evaluation standards should be established, and the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) procedures or other new means can be introduced in the clinical management to ensure the effective implementation of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment norms.
