新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间开展有效心理援助的思考

摘要:

自2019年12月武汉市出现新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）至今，本次疫情已经发展成威胁人类健康的公共卫生事件。本文收集了21世纪以来部分对抗传染性疾病的相关调查研究，为应对COVID-19流行期引发的心理危机提供思路，以开展有效的心理援助。本文探讨了应对公共卫生事件时，心理援助的意义和重要性，并针对不同人群提供建议，以明确进一步心理援助过程中所需要完善的任务。

Abstract:

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in Wuhan in December 2019, this epidemic has heavily threatened people’s health, bringing great panic to the public. This article reviews the data of investigation and research on infectious diseases of the 21st century, to provide information for effective psychological aid in response to the current epidemic of COVID-19. The article discusses the significance of psychological aid in previous public health incidents, and suggests the effective psychological assistance provided to different populations during the current COVID-19 epidemic.
