| 慢性巨大肩袖损伤（chronic massive rotator cufftears, CMRCT）是临床常见病，在高龄人群中发病率非常高，而CMRCT的病理机制复杂，临床缺乏有效的治疗手段，本文对CMRCT的病理机制及干细胞在CMRCT治疗中的研究进展进行综述，为临床治疗CMRCT提供研究方向和治疗选择，以改善治疗效果。 |

| Chronic massive rotator cuff tears（CMRCT) are among the most common lesions seen by orthopedic surgeons, which have a high incidence in the elderly. The pathogenesis of CMRCT is complicated and the clinical treatments are insufficient. This review is to summarize the pathologic mechanism of CMRCT and the application of stem cells in the treatment of CMRCT. |
